Position: IEM Maintenance Manager Role
Take charge of facilities maintenance as the Maintenance Manager us on maximizing equipment reliability through effective maintenance strategies in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

IEM is in search of a Maintenance Manager to lead operations at two switch gear manufacturing facilities. You will implement a robust preventative maintenance program, maintaining facility infrastructure and production tooling. This role combines leadership with technical expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while championing sustainability initiatives for business growth.
