Job Summary

The Project Manager coordinates and manages development projects within their assigned Line of Business (LOB), from the initial planning through to release. Assignment of LOB will come from the Director of Product Management and assignment of projects within the LOB will be determined by the LOB Team Lead, based upon the relative prioritizations of projects within the LOB.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and present project cost proposals in collaboration with Product, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Launch and structure new projects by setting up systems, workflows, and cross-functional teams with LOB leadership.
  • Plan, track, and adjust project schedules to meet scope, timeline, and priority changes.
  • Manage resources and budgets across multiple projects to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead projects through approved processes and product requirements, driving accountability and on-time execution.
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and milestone completion.
  • Run project meetings and communicate status, risks, and deliverables across teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes and approvals.
  • Track and analyze project costs; coordinate vendors and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  • Drive product launch readiness through cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Support evolving business needs as required.
Preferred

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong communication, organization, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Proven leadership and project management ability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • PMI membership and/or PMP certification considered an asset.

In‑office environment that is currently 3 days per week. City:
Surrey.

Employment Type

Full‑time, Permanent.

Salary

95,000 – 125,000 CAD.

SENIORITY LEVEL

Mid‑Senior level.
