Senior Manager Community Services Operations
The Senior Manager - Community Services Operations (ASPIRE) is responsible for the overall management of all ASPIRE and MENTAL HEALTH programs. This includes developing, implementing new initiatives.
Community Caseworker & Mental Health Programs- Managing the Community Caseworker & Mental Health programs, including overseeing all related staff (social workers, mental health professionals, caseworkers and administration staff), nationally
- Implementing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for all operational areas
- Outreach and managing relationships with community partners.
- Recruitment and orientation and onboarding of new staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance, skills and abilities of staff and provide appropriate written and verbal feedback, coaching and recommendations for improvement when appropriate.
- Ensure the execution of all caseworker training and other ASPIRE workshops. This includes scheduling, admin and facilitation.
- Ensure the promotion, recruitment, interview and selection of a diverse pool of volunteers for training programs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with non profit and community organisations.
- Other management duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Post‑secondary education (degree) in Management or a related field like Social Sciences, Social Work, Counselling or Administration.
- At least 3 years management and leadership experience
- Broad understanding of management issues relating to mental health
- Experience in or working knowledge of case management.
- Has a deep knowledge of Muslim religious culture, while respecting the various differences of nationalistic cultural practice & languages.
- Experience in program management and service delivery.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of cultural sensitivity in the context of social services delivery.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel and Word)
- Experience in Not‑for‑Profit an advantage.
- Established strong relationships with non profit and community organisations
A combination of training, education and experience may be considered.
Additional Requirements- This is an in‑person position based in Surrey.
Job Types: Full‑time or Part‑time
Salary: based on relevant experience

This is a 12‑month contract with the aim to become full‑time.
