Become a Farm Supervisor with 4 Brothers Farm and Cannery in Surrey, BC. We're seeking a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to lead agricultural operations.
This full-time, permanent position requires overseeing diverse farming activities, from crop deleafing to soil fertility programs. You will maintain quality control, manage farm feed inventory, and supervise a team. Experience in crop-related operations will help ensure smooth daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct agricultural crop deleafing activities
• Manage farm feed inventory and grooming operations
• Implement and oversee soil fertility programs
• Supervise growing and crop-related processes
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
Requirements:
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience needed
• Ability to supervise 5 to 10 staff members
• Experience operating and maintaining farm machinery
