This Implementations Project Team Leader role blends team leadership with project management in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery for clients and bulk projects
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Audit team progress and adherence to processes
• Identify client needs to enhance team effectiveness
Requirements:
• Strong experience in DB & DC pensions
• Proven project management skills (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Team leadership experience in a similar role
• Background in scheme implementation preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively and resolve issues
