As the Vice President of Commercial Lines Operations, you will guide diverse teams in enhancing operational effectiveness while ensuring alignment and accountability. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational performance in Commercial Lines, Strata, and Underwriting
• Establish and monitor key performance measures
• Implement improvements for processes and technologies
• Support and coach team leaders for enhanced leadership
• Build strong client and market relationships
Requirements:
• Level 2 license (Level 3 preferred)
• CAIB, CIP, or CRM is an asset
• Proven experience in senior commercial insurance leadership
• Strong knowledge of risk selection and underwriting
• Proficiency with operational data and performance reporting
