In this role, you will manage the acquisition, operations, and quality of our motor vehicle fleet. Additionally, you'll lead a team of fleet administrators and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while enhancing fleet efficacy through innovative solutions. Identifying areas for improvement in maintenance processes will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the scheduling and coaching for the team
• Plan and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks
• Maintain inventory of tools and replacement parts
• Ensure safety compliance and documentation accuracy
• Analyze maintenance metrics to drive performance
Requirements:
• Experience in a supervisory role in fleet maintenance
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Previous mechanic experience beneficial
• Ability to manage shop budgets and expenses
• Proven track record in vehicle maintenance management
