Key Responsibilities:
• Develop budgets and closely monitor expenditures
• Improve profitability through performance analysis

• Ensure high quality work and productivity among technicians
• Implement safety standards and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification as a Body Shop Technician
• At least seven years’ experience in heavy-duty truck shops
• Demonstrated leadership in service management roles
• Strong client-facing customer service skills
• Proficiency in dealership management software
