Funding Operations Manager

Lead Income and Funding operations across Western Canada with policy oversight, compliance expertise, and collaborative people management. This full time role supports teams in Vancouver, Edmonton, Surrey, and Calgary.
As Manager, Income and Funding Western Canada, you will manage direct reports and work with Originations managers. You will unite teams around company objectives, compliance requirements, Eden Park risk strategy, and out-of-policy application decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Income and Funding policies and processes
- Train teams on regulatory and operational requirements
- Monitor productivity SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs
- Perform audits and oversee compliance remediation activities
- Coach, develop, and evaluate direct reporting staff
- Secondary School diploma required
- Post Secondary Education considered an asset
- Minimum five years of loan processing experience
- Experience with LOS software systems
- Microsoft Office and stakeholder communication skills
