Lead industrial strategy and profitability remotely from Canada, combining enterprise sales leadership with financial and commercial accountability.
As General Manager, you will direct an Industrial Products & Services business serving energy, manufacturing, automotive, agriculture, chemicals, and logistics. You will shape strategy, manage P&L performance, and develop profitable growth. The work combines executive client engagement with AI, consulting, managed services, and specialized talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Define industry strategy, priorities, targets, offerings, and measurable milestones
- Own P&L, budgets, revenue, margins, expenses, and resource allocation
- Lead enterprise sales through negotiation and contract closure
- Expand strategic accounts and strengthen executive client relationships
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing commercial organization
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- At least 12 years managing an industry business unit
- At least five years leading professional services sales teams
- Industrial sector expertise, especially energy or Oil & Gas
- Professional proficiency in English required
