Lead facility services through HVACR, plumbing, electrical, and critical power operations at Walmart’s Surrey, British Columbia location.
The Manager of Facility Services directs business plans, projects, regional field operations, budgets, compliance, and associate development. This position oversees maintenance programs, complex assignments, contractor performance, costs, and facility improvements. It also establishes performance standards, measures progress, removes obstacles, and supports continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct HVACR, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance
- Establish inspections, procedures, and preventive maintenance programs
- Manage project priorities, assignments, punch lists, and completion
- Monitor contractors, costs, service completion, and compliance
- Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate associates
- Ability to develop and execute multiple business plans
- Ability to evaluate facility, equipment, and operational needs
- Ability to develop and approve budgets within authorization
- Ability to review regulations and conduct compliance inspections
- Ability to establish performance expectations and measure progress
