Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities- Repairs products returned with defects and communicates with the customer and vendor.
- Identifies defects in products and determining necessary procedures for repair.
- Repairs and/or replacing defective parts in products.
- Tests products after repair and ensures factory specifications have been met.
- Organizes and maintains inventory and customer records in the Repair Department.
- Communicates accurate information and guidance regarding products, costs, and repairs to customers, coworkers, and management.
- Maintains an organized work area including equipment, storage, and repair parts.
- Completes tasks within given time frames without compromising quality.
- Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
- Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

- Usually located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, fumes, or odors.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.
- No travel required.
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of two and four-stroke gasoline engines and working knowledge of hydraulics and electric solenoid valves.
- Demonstrates knowledge on single and three-phase electric motors;
Comfortable diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic components on own. - Five years’ experience working with common hand and power tools.

Pay Range: $23.25-$32.55 Hourly
