What you’ll do:
Support Kaizen events through data collection, time studies, layouts, and sustainment
Document standard work, work instructions, and visual management tools
Assist with root cause analysis, 5S audits, and daily improvement meetings
Analyze performance metrics, identify waste, and help implement improvements
Learn and grow through lean training and mentorship from experienced CI leaders
What you bring:
Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent technical experience)
Up to 3 years of experience or internship in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Exposure to lean tools such as standard work, 5S, PDCA, and takt time
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
High potential, career-driven mindset with interest in growing into broader leadership roles
