Key Responsibilities:
• Operate production line with speed and precision
• Meet production standards consistently
• Enhance productivity without sacrificing quality
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Package and process meat products according to specifications
Requirements:
• Experience with poultry is a plus
• Must work in cold temperatures (0-10C)
• Comfort with raw meat products
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Must stand for 8-hour shifts
