This is a full-time - onsite position.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:00pm. Flexibility is needed during peak business periods, weekend work may be required.

The impact you’ll make:

Reporting into the Production Manager, the Senior Production Team Lead is a key member of our Operations team responsible for kitting and rework at our Distribution Center. The position encompasses coordination, and operational follow-up to ensure timely and efficient production of our kitted product line and processing rework activities as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a understanding of kitting processes, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:
  • Pick components and materials according to production work orders and BOMs
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and lot codes to ensure accuracy and traceability
  • Label and package kits according to company, industry and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with Production Planning to ensure that production kits are assembled with the appropriate components and quantities to satisfy the manufacturing run. This involves picking parts for kitting according to the pick list and our standard procedures
  • Stage kits for production lines to meet production schedules
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce quality control standards to ensure all products meet required specifications
  • Develop, maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements in collaboration with the Quality Team
  • Develop, implement, and manage KPIs for all areas and functions within your department
  • Manage and lead production staff to ensure targets are met
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience in operations focused on manufacturing and/or more specifically kitting of finished goods
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and managing KPIs, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Highly organized with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with shifting priorities
