As a Machine Operator, you will set up machinery, troubleshoot equipment, and manage the cleanliness of the work area. You'll focus on maximizing operational uptime and monitoring critical control points while maintaining documentation on production processes. Serving as a leader on the line, you will also foster a positive team culture and encourage efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct machinery setup and necessary checks

• Operate machinery and solve issues promptly

• Document production records and material usage

• Engage with maintenance and shipping teams as required

• Directly supervise a team of up to 2 personnel

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in production roles

• Proven mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting

• Familiarity with HACCP practices essential

• Capability to lift up to 50lbs regularly

• Strong communication abilities are vital
