Lead Production Operations at Saje

Drive operational excellence with Saje Natural Wellness as a Senior Production Team Lead. Located onsite, this full-time role focuses on kitting and ensuring quality in production processes.
As part of the Operations team, you will directly report to the Production Manager and be responsible for managing kitting and rework duties.

The right candidate will demonstrate expertise in production efficiency and detail orientation, ensuring all processes meet regulatory and quality-control standards. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a productive and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select materials according to production specifications

• Verify and track part numbers during production

• Label kits in compliance with industry standards

• Collaborate with the team to prepare production kits

• Establish and monitor quality control measures
Requirements:

• Experience with manufacturing and kitting processes

• Successful track record with KPIs and SOPs

• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
