Join the manufacturing sector as a Tooling and Machining Inspector, focusing on maintaining standards and precision. This role is pivotal for quality control alongside machinery setup.
As a candidate, you should have a college certificate or similar experience. Your duties will include repairing machine tools, calibrating instruments, and operating both conventional and computer-controlled machinery. You will ensure all dimensions meet specifications to uphold product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair machine tools and components as necessary
• Set up production machinery and make adjustments
• Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments
• Document all deviations from established specifications
• Verify accuracy of machined parts using micrometers and calipers
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in machining or relevant experience
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Proficient in operating various machinery types
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Flexibility to work early shifts and overtime
