Position: Full-Time Press Brake Operator

Russel Metals is seeking motivated candidates for a permanent position in their Surrey facility. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery in compliance with health and safety standards. Key skills include blueprint reading, material handling, and routine maintenance to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate the press brake safely

• Read customer blueprints and layout materials effectively

• Form products within specified tolerances and customer requirements

• Conduct in-process quality checks for accuracy

• Handle heavy materials using cranes and forklifts safely

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent education

• Willingness to work rotating shifts

• Ability to read and understand English

• Proficiency in mathematical calculations

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
