Food Production Worker

Hazelmere Foods Limited is a food processor and distribution company based in Surrey. Family owned and operated, our goal is to provide fresh and high-quality poultry, meat, seafood, and numerous other food items to the many establishments of the Lower Mainland. • Food production workers for our company will have to bring this same energy to ensure our clientele is satisfied.

• Basic food safety and handling procedures
• Be able to cut, dice, slice, marinate, trim and portion meat and poultry products
• Having knowledge of beef, lamb, goat, chicken, turkey and seafood is an asset
• Be able to work in a cold environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Be able to work in groups
• Be able to lift 50 pounds (23 kilograms)
• Can start right away
• Pay based on experience

• Open work permits or permanent residency at minimum
• Meat cutting: 1 year (required)
• Food Safety Certification (preferred)

• Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
