You will support Area Team Leads and ensure that all operational standards are met consistently.

• Assist in monitoring changes to enhance production efficiency
• Conduct current hire training alongside Team Leads
• Ensure compliance with production and safety standards
• Evaluate production staff tasks and recommend actions
• Coordinate monthly safety training with Area Team Leads

• Proven organizational skills and leadership ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate forklifts
• Experience in an industrial environment preferred
