Position: Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor Role
Step into a pivotal role as a Maintenance Supervisor in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing facility. Your hands-on leadership will be crucial in managing the maintenance team and ensuring equipment reliability.

In this role, you will lead daily operations, support troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. With a minimum of eight years in manufacturing maintenance and at least two years in a supervisory capacity, you will focus on enhancing production uptime while managing spare parts and records in the CMMS system. Your structured approach will ensure efficient responses to breakdowns and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on repairs and breakdown response

• Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities

• Manage and optimize spare parts inventory

• Track key reliability metrics and improvements

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for tasks

Requirements:

• 8 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing

• Strong asset:
Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems

• Ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints

• Experience in molding operations is a plus
