IEM seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to enhance the production planning team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, manage capacity constraints, and serve as a key liaison with upper management to report insights. You will collaborate with various teams to align production with demand forecasts and create a balanced master schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a master production schedule

• Collaborate with teams to align production with demand

• Report on production performance to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• 3–10 years in scheduling and capacity planning

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
