This position reports to the Assistant General Manager and involves planning and scheduling daily production to enhance safety, cost-efficiency, and overall productivity. You will work closely with the Production Support team and Team Leaders, developing area-specific standard operating procedures and ensuring all employees are correctly trained in them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule daily production activities
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures
• Set and communicate departmental objectives
• Monitor daily productivity reports and KPIs
• Audit budget expenditures for efficiency opportunities
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Proven experience in production management
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures
• Ability to analyze performance metrics
• Effective communication and leadership skills
