The Receiver & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for efficiently receiving, handling, and processing materials and products from vendors, ensuring they are accurately entered into the ERP system and stored in their proper locations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, organization, and teamwork to support production and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties:

  • Unload deliveries of vendor products, including cabinet doors, sheet stock, and other materials.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (valid forklift license required).
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect for damage.
  • Accurately enter received items into the ERP system and ensure proper inventory tracking.
  • Move and store materials in designated areas to support production and packaging teams.
  • Empty garbage and wood bins and manage cardboard stock for recycling or packaging purposes.
  • Assist with staging and organizing materials for packaging lines as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with shipping, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Valid forklift license and proven experience operating forklifts safely.
  • Experience in warehouse, receiving, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
