Compensation and Benefit

• $42–$47/hour based on experience

• You will be responsible for keeping high‑speed production equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Install, repair, and maintain industrial food production equipment.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns on automated production lines.
• Work on conveyors, pumps, mixers, grinders, slicers, and packaging systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and prevent repeat failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.

• 433A Industrial Millwright License required.
• 3 to 5 plus years industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, and packaging equipment.

• High‑speed automated food production facility.
• Cold and hot production areas.
• Fast‑paced breakdown and maintenance environment.
• Production‑driven with strict deadlines.
