IEM seeks an Electrical Production Assembler to lead daily production activities. This position requires a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency while supervising team leads and operators. Successful candidates will be hands-on and adept with mechanical tools, ensuring adherence to build schedules and addressing any production risks promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily execution of production activities in the assigned work center

• Supervise and coach Team Leads and Operators for accountability

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard work

• Monitor performance against key metrics and lead daily management meetings

• Support cross-training and onboarding of team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Physically fit and mechanically inclined

• Experience with hand tools and manufacturing environments

• Ability to maintain high accuracy and quality

• Proven Safe Work Record
