Onsite CNC Machinist

Position: Onsite CNC Machinist Role
Become an integral part of our manufacturing process as an Onsite CNC Machinist, specializing in exacting tolerances and quality assurance. This position involves hands-on operations and monitoring of CNC equipment.

In this role, you'll install tooling, follow detailed setup instructions, and manage part programs for machining. You're responsible for maintaining machine functionality and documenting each transaction in the ERP system. Regularly checking parts for specifications ensures the highest quality. Additional responsibilities may include helping fellow team members and servicing machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines by installing necessary tooling

• Follow detailed diagrams for programs and sequences

• Load and monitor part programs during machining

• Conduct periodic checks on parts for quality assurance

• Assist with equipment maintenance and servicing tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED mandatory

• 1-3 years of relevant experience beneficial

• Willing to travel as required

• Competent in reading blueprints

• Strong attention to detail for quality control
