You will monitor performance metrics while fostering teamwork and accountability among team leads and operators. The role also requires effective communication with cross-functional teams to maintain work center readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production activities to meet safety and quality targets

• Ensure adherence to build schedules and escalate risks

• Lead daily management meetings to track performance metrics

• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams

• Support onboarding and upskilling of team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Mechanically inclined with tool experience

• Capability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment

• Strong motivation to learn and improve

• Must have reliable transportation
