Continuous Improvement Expert at IEM

Join IEM as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer in Surrey, B.C., where you will drive lean initiatives and standard work practices. This role requires a strong focus on kaizen activities and team development.

As a key member of the IEM team, you will contribute significantly to our goal of delivering world-class electrical distribution solutions.

Your role will involve planning and leading kaizen events while fostering a culture of continuous improvement among engineers and teams. Being 100% in-office, you'll dive deep into hands-on improvement strategies and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional kaizen events focused on lean fundamentals

• Drive implementation of processes across operations and supply chain

• Coach team members in lean thinking and improvement practices

• Create and implement business system improvement roadmaps

• Promote data-driven decision-making and standardization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA preferred

• 7–10+ years in a manufacturing or CI role

• Proven understanding of Lean Principles

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills

• Track record of professional growth and responsibility
