Lean Materials Replenishment Engineer at IEM

This position plays a critical role within IEM's MRS Team, responsible for designing and implementing effective material replenishment systems. The engineer will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Fabrication teams to ensure successful execution and alignment of processes. You will directly contribute to developing foundational lean material strategies that enhance operational performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lean material replenishment systems with Kanban and JIT

• Design point-of-use inventory solutions to streamline operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process alignment

• Lead kaizen events to enhance standardization

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in materials flow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field

• 3-7 years in manufacturing with materials management experience

• Understanding of lean principles and ERP systems

• Effective communication and project management skills

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
