Production Scheduler at IEM

IEM is seeking a dedicated Production Scheduler to join our Surrey team, working under the Production Planning Manager. This in-office role comes with responsibilities that include updating production schedules in INFOR and preparing fabrication packages for Mechanical Supervisors. Your coordination will help close scheduling gaps and maintain daily line efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update production schedules in INFOR software daily

• Support Production Planners and coordinate with supervisors

• Prepare fabrication packages for manufacturing execution

• Generate weekly production reports for planning manager

• Revise orders based on expedited needs and shortages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field

• 1-3 years experience in manufacturing preferred

• Familiarity with ERP systems like INFOR/Syte Line

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
