IEM Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Join IEM's Surrey team as an Operations Supervisor to lead production efforts. Focus on team management, safety, and efficiency in a pivotal role that shapes our operations.

This critical in-house position is designed for a proactive leader with significant manufacturing experience. In this role, you'll actively manage Team Leads and Operators while driving key performance indicators in safety and productivity. Your collaboration with various departments ensures that all necessary resources are prepared and available for the successful execution of production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production to align with quality and delivery standards

• Monitor and coach Team Leads and Operators on performance

• Ensure build schedules are adhered to and track production risks

• Facilitate Tier 2 management meetings focusing on key metrics

• Work with Quality and Maintenance for effective work center operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 years in production, at least 1 year in leadership

• Experience with performance metrics and continuous improvement

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities

• History of successful career advancement in manufacturing
