Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain master production schedule for balanced workloads

• Collaborate with teams to align schedules with demand forecasts

• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize workflow

• Monitor plant capacity levels and address potential inefficiencies

• Create detailed reports for upper management on production performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent

• 3-10 years of experience in scheduling and capacity planning

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, particularly Infor Syteline

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
