Salary: $23.70/hr
Hours:
35-40 hrs/week
Overtime: $35.56/hr (as per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/week)
Observed Holidays: 10 statutory holidays per year, as outlined on

- Education:
Secondary (High) school graduation certificate - Experience:
7 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Cut, grind, debone and prepare meat as per order
- Prepare special cuts as per customer orders
- Weigh and package the prepared products
- Clean the equipment, storage room and workspace on a regular basis
- Perform regular quality checks on poultry and meat products
- Coordinate delivery or pickups for customer orders
- Keep proper product sales records and manage the inventory
- Train newer or less experienced employees and ensure they know their responsibilities
- Adhere to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and food safety standards
