Join Blackline Safety as a Team Lead in our SMT department, driving quality and process improvements on the afternoon shift. Leverage your SMT experience to guide operators and enhance production efficiency.
In this leadership role reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee operations on the SMT line, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. With at least five years of SMT experience, you will contribute to solving production issues and training new team members while performing routine audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate SMT machines and production equipment safely
• Schedule and delegate team assignments to enhance productivity
• Conduct daily audits and verify procedural adherence
• Train new operators on safety and operational protocols
• Lead problem-solving sessions for efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; technical diploma preferred
• Minimum 5 years of SMT operator experience
• Strong knowledge of IPC-610 standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills in English
