Production Scheduler

IEM seeks a motivated Production Scheduler to enhance our scheduling efficiency. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, you will be integral in updating production schedules in INFOR and resolving gaps with production supervisors. This role requires daily in-office presence and allows you to observe and influence real-time production dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update production schedules using INFOR ERP software

• Support Production Planners and identify scheduling gaps

• Prepare fabrication packages for Mechanical Supervisors

• Generate and maintain weekly production reports

• Revise orders for expedited needs and shortages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Strong communication skills for team coordination

• Proven ambition towards career growth and leadership
