IMT Precision is seeking three dedicated Paint Line Operators to enhance our production team. The role involves loading and unloading parts, conducting thorough quality checks, and performing essential maintenance tasks on paint equipment. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and be flexible to work rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts using pneumatic hoists

• Maintain and clean paint equipment regularly

• Conduct routine troubleshooting of paint machinery

• Measure paint thickness and check viscosity for quality

• Support cross-training and respond to changing priorities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must rotate across all three shifts

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift repetitively

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills for documentation
