Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit manufacturing reports regularly

• Establish and coordinate effective work schedules

• Train staff or arrange necessary training sessions

• Oversee the safety of all operations within the facility

• Recommend personnel actions and improvements for workflow

Requirements:

• Fluent in the English language

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 2-3 years’ experience in a related manufacturing field

• Supervisory skills for managing laborers in various tasks

• Ability to set up machines and order materials
