IEM seeks a skilled Materials Replenishment Engineer for its MRS Team. This role focuses on designing material flow processes while collaborating with Production, Supply Chain, and Fabrication teams. You will play a vital role in refining strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime through effective materials management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lean material replenishment systems including Kanban and PFEP

• Collaborate with teams to align delivery processes

• Improve part staging and kitting for production schedules

• Ensure accurate ERP transactions and inventory visibility

• Train personnel on lean material systems and facilitate knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

• 3-7 years in manufacturing with materials management experience

• Understanding of lean principles like 5S and value stream mapping

• ERP experience (Infor preferred)

• Strong communication and project management skills
