IEM Canada is looking for dedicated Metal Fabricators for full-time, permanent night shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Candidates should bring at least two years of experience with CNC machines, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift heavy materials. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace while contributing efficiently to production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Set up and operate CNC fabricating machines

• Use measuring devices for precise work

• Perform metal corrections including polishing and deburring

• Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with CNC machines

• Valid Forklift license preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work physically

• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic

• Team player with motivation to learn
