Materials Replenishment Engineer at IEM

IEM is seeking a Materials Replenishment Engineer with experience in manufacturing environments. In this role, you will develop material replenishment systems that streamline operations and minimize downtime. Your expertise in lean principles will be key as you work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure successful adoption and execution of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement lean material replenishment systems

• Develop point-of-use inventory solutions

• Collaborate with Production and Planning teams

• Lead regular reviews and identify process gaps

• Improve kitting and staging for inventory accuracy
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 3-7 years in manufacturing with materials management experience

• Understanding of lean principles and ERP systems

• Effective communication and project management skills

• Willingness to learn and embrace leadership opportunities
