PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking an experienced SMT Operator. In this role, you will handle advanced manufacturing equipment including pick-and-place systems and stencil printers while adhering to controlled work instructions. Your attention to detail will help maintain quality in the assembly process across flexible printed circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain pick-and-place units and stencil printers

• Set up feeders and verify components per BOM

• Manage inspection equipment, including AOI and X-Ray

• Troubleshoot SMT line issues and elevate concerns

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of the SMT area

Requirements:

• High school diploma desired

• Experience with SMT line operations required

• Strong attention to detail and defect recognition

• Must lift up to 25lbs independently

• Basic English reading and writing skills
