As a Machinist, you will ensure all production processes adhere to stringent specifications while navigating multiple tasks seamlessly. You’ll play a key role in device maintenance, inspections, and mentoring apprentices, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our team at LMI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct setups for machining operations and changeovers
• Execute effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Offer insights for design process improvements
• Carry out precise measurements following inspection standards
• Create comprehensive inspection plans and part documentation
Requirements:
• Proficiency in milling, turning, and 5 Axis equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Prior experience with Gibbs programming preferred
• Highly organized with superb time management skills
• Eager to embrace new techniques and continuous learning
