Experienced Production Supervisor Opening

We have an opening for a Production Supervisor who thrives in on-site settings. Your leadership will guide a team towards improved productivity and product standards in a challenging work environment.

This role requires a secondary school education and 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a production setting. You will supervise a team of 5-10 workers, establish work schedules, and oversee safety and quality measures. You are expected to resolve work problems and provide technical advice to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage team responsibilities

• Recommend safety and productivity improvement measures

• Prepare and submit production reports regularly

• Order required materials and set up production equipment

• Conduct training and ensure safety compliance among all staff

Requirements:

• A secondary school graduation certificate is required

• 2 to 3 years of experience supervising teams

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Physically capable of managing demanding tasks and heavy loads
