Bimbo Supervision in Production

Lead production efforts at Bimbo Canada as a Production Supervisor, focusing on enhancing safety and quality in our baking operations. This position supports afternoon shifts and varies with business needs.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will supervise hourly employees, ensuring efficient training and compliance with health and safety guidelines. You’ll spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and address any quality-related concerns directly, ensuring our product standards remain high while working in a unionized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and train hourly associates

• Facilitate safety and quality training programs

• Manage complaints and ensure effective CAPAs are in place

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Schedule production efficiently in a multi-shift framework

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Degree or diploma in a related field

• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices

• Proven leadership abilities in a diverse workforce

• Willingness to be hands-on and adapt to need
