Become a crucial part of KSR International’s Advanced Manufacturing team in Ridgetown, Ontario as a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in plastic injection. This full-time role emphasizes process development and optimization.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (Injection Molding SME) who will utilize over 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing to lead initiatives that improve quality and efficiency. You'll focus on process troubleshooting and enhancements while ensuring effective product launches.

Your role will drive significant projects pertaining to capacity enhancements and productivity improvements in injection molding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and refine injection molding processes for optimum results

• Establish and maintain process parameters and production standards

• Coordinate the procurement and setup of production equipment

• Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning activities

• Lead efforts in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in automotive manufacturing

• Expertise in injection molding process optimization

• Familiarity with mold trials and equipment validation

• Strong analytical skills for process troubleshooting

• Proven leadership in continuous improvement projects
