Production Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Associate in Surrey, BC for a direct hire opportunity in a steel fabrication and production environment. This is a strong fit for a dependable, hands-on production worker who enjoys active work, values safety, and is comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced shop setting.

The Production Associate will support the fabrication of steel and infrastructure products, handle rebar and related materials, and assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on production lines to support the fabrication of steel and infrastructure products.
- Handle rebar, steel materials, and related production components safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and general material handling duties.
- Use a pump truck to move materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and daily production requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $25 per hour.
- Shift premium:
Additional $1 per hour after 5:00 PM.

Afternoon shift, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
