As part of IEM's Talent Development team, you will play a vital role in crafting and delivering training programs that ensure employee proficiency in crucial manufacturing skills. Your collaboration with Production and Engineering leadership will be essential in aligning training with organizational goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hands-on training and instructor-led sessions
• Certificate and assess employee competencies and readiness
• Foster training effectiveness through feedback and improvements
• Work alongside leadership for training needs analysis
• Keep detailed training records for regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• 3+ years hands-on manufacturing experience
• Experience in delivering training in a production environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
