As the Director of Operations, you will oversee manufacturing, production, and quality assurance processes.
Your role involves ensuring operational performance meets business growth objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to translate objectives into measurable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all manufacturing, production, and supply chain activities
• Develop operational strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor KPIs for quality, productivity, and safety
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives for continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer service
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred
• 8-12+ years of leadership experience in operations
• Experience in food manufacturing or high-volume environment
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
